  1. Feb 25th (Saturday) from 9:00am to 5:00pm
  2. Feb 26th (Sunday)from 2:00pm - 5:00pm

 

LATE REGISTRATION FEE of $10 Starts First Day of Boot Camp Session


Everything below will be taken care of during registration - you will pick your program, get info on orientation, and get measured or sign up for measurements.

Stafford Boot Camp is located inside the Courthouse Athletic Club which is behind Shoguns off Loop 281

  1. Jump Start Program - Duration 4 weeks/1 session - Full Access to all classes - (1) Boot Camp Shirt - 30 access to online meal planning - (1) set pre and post measurements.  Cost: General Public $129 - Courthouse members $69 - Childcare $25 per session
  2. Maximum Results Program - Duration 12 weeks/3 sessions - Full Access to all classes - (3+1 bonus = 4) Boot Camp Shirts - 90 access to online meal planning - (3) set pre and post measurements.  Cost: General Public $99 billed monthly - Courthouse members $59 billed monthly - Childcare $25 per session
  3. Lifestyle Change Program - Duration 48 weeks/12 sessions - Full Access to all classes - $100 credit toward any Stafford Boot Camp appearl including upgraded items - 1 year access to online meal planning - (12) set pre and post measurements.  Cost: General Public $89 billed monthly - Courthouse members $49 billed monthly - Childcare $25 per session

We will try to get you measured when you come in to early register on Feb 25th or Feb 26th.  If not we will have you sign up for measurements when you register.

Feb 27th Session

 

Orientation will be Feb 28th (Tuesday) from 7:05pm to 8:00pm

 

Orientation is after we start because we want you to come to a Monday class and a Tuesday class if possible before orientation so during orientation you will have a better understanding of what we are talking about since you have taken a few classes.

 

Topics: You will learn how to maximize your results while in Stafford Boot Camp.  This program is so much than just showing up and working out.  Mind, body, nutrition, and exercise all play a major role in your success.
