You have two options you can attend one of the registration dates listed below or register online.

Instructions:

1.  Print off application form below, fill it out, and it into the Court House Athletic Club to register or if you have registered online fill out application and attach Paypal payment conformation.

Registration Dates:

Aug 11th (Wed) from 4:30pm - 7:30pm

Aug 12th (Thur) from 4:30pm - 7:30pm

Aug 14th (Sat) from 9:00am to 4:00pm

2.  Bring completed application (and if you paid online, payment conformation) to one of the following measurement dates:

Open measurements no appointments needed

Aug 14th (Sat) from 9:00am to 4:00pm

Aug 15th (Sun) from 1:00pm to 4:00pm

All additional information will be given to you upon your measurement session
